Moving data from SAP BW to FDI-ADW (Custom schemas)

Hello Team,
We have a requirement to move data from SAP BW to FDI-ADW (custom schemas), and we're referring to the following Oracle documentation for guidance:
However, we’ve run into an issue while attempting to download the odi_sap_km_transport files. The download portal prompts us to create a new login (as first-time users), but the password reset email never arrives. We’ve already reached out to the vendor for support, but wanted to check if anyone on this thread has faced this before or knows if Oracle can provide these files directly.
