Thanks for the link. I am particularly looking at what changes can be done online (i.e. data-model../uploadrpd) without bouncing BI-server and what changes requires a BI-Server bounce. Do you have any Oracle's documentation which details all these?
You'll need to restart all instances of the Oracle BI Server only. Then you need is to use the Reload Files and Metadata link from the Presentation Services Administration page for your Rpd metadata changes to become available after being uploaded with the scripts.
