Scheduling Agents and Workbooks on Last Day of month

Currently, when creating Agents and Workbook schedules to run on a monthly basis, under the monthly schedule when you select first or last, there is only an option to select a day of the week or selecting a specific day number. There is often a requirement to schedule a report to burst on the last day, or even working day of the month and with that being a variable number, it is not currently possible to create a single schedule for each burst, with each requiring at least 4.

I would like for there to be an option for last day and last working day or at least the possibility to create an advanced schedule via a sql espression to create the interval.
