Current Year Promotion Report
I want to get the promotions of current year in OTBI report, I am getting it but the if there is any action after promotion then system is not picking that employee record.
For example:
If this year there are 3 employees who got promoted on 1st of Feb 2025. The report is picking 3 employees records. which is correct.
If one employee's manager is changed effective 1st of March 2025, with the action as Change Manager then the promotion report is picking only 2 employees, which is wrong.
Could anyone help me with this.

Looking at the screenshot it seems there might be some grouping within the filters.
Can you please try the filters like following?
