BI Publisher 10g to Oracle 12c Connection not working

Hello All,

We are facing a connectivity issue from BIP to Oracle 12c in Exadata appliance.

Error Message : couldnot establish connection. We are using JDBC thin client(jdbc:oracle:thin:@10.0.100.200:1521:PRDDB) which is working fine with oracle 11g connection from BIP.

Database Driver Class : oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

Any help will be highly appreciated.
