I'm looking for assistance in Oracle HCM/ERP reporting. Specifically, I need a report (preferably a BIP or OTBI report) that can provide the following details:

1. Permissions: The access permissions (roles or specific privileges) assigned to each folder in the Reports folder.
2. User Access: A list of users who can access these reports based on their roles or permissions.

The goal is to audit the access control setup in the reporting structure to ensure compliance and proper governance. If anyone has a pre-built report template or guidelines to create such a report.
