How to remove the 'Invoke Action' popup and remove the 'commas' in the Id

I have a dashboard that links to a specific requisition. We recently got a ticket in from our users that reported this link was not working anymore (leading them to a blank page), so I made a few tweaks and saved the action. Since I have saved it however, this popup appears when you click the link and I cannot get rid of it. It did not popup before and with the 'commas' in the Requisition Id it loads to a blank page, but when I delete the 'commas' it loads to the correct requisition.

FYI: the configuration for the deep link is configured like how it was instructed in the CCC post, "Deep link to open job requisition on candidate profile page".

This question is two-fold:

(1) How do I remove the 'Invoke Action' popup?

(2) How do I remove the commas in the Requisition Id?
