OTBI - Benefits Enrollment Realtime - Unable to pull the dependent data for a benefit plan

Question

I am trying to create a OTBI report, which includes person number, benefit plan and covered dependents for the plan. Seeing blank data for the dependent information columns

This has been identified as an Oracle bug and will be fixed with a patch update before 25C.

I'm experiencing the same issue - used to be able to pull this info without a problem, but now getting blank data for the dependent columns. Has anyone else been able to resolve this?
