OAS 2024 - Data flow aborted after 2h 40min

Hello community,
We have a newly installed OAS 2024 on a RH8 and we have migrated to production yesterday from an OAS 2023 installed on a RH7.
We are currently facing an issue when executing a long running flow, that it gets aborted after 2h 40 minutes. I was not able to find any configuration that might state that exact value. Do you know where such a configuration might be located or what might cause the flow to be aborted?
Kind regards,
Ana-Maria Lachescu

Hi Ana-Maria,
For a start, here is an older, but still valid blog that can help troubleshoot.

For OAS, you can also collect Collect Diagnostic Bundles to review the logs, or provide to Support.
If the query is long-running, it is possible it may be encountering a max query timeout limit, it is difficult to say without reviewing the logs.
I suggest, in this case:- Make sure you are up-to-date on patching.
- Not sure if this same DF was working in OAS 2023, but compare the NQSConfig.INI from both environments, and the OA Console settings
- If this occurs in a non-production environment, sometimes it is helpful to stop the product, clear the logs, start the product, reproduce the issue, then collect the diagnostic bundle. It is not necessary, but sometimes make the log collection smaller and easier/quicker to search.
- Feel free to open a Service Request with support to assist in the review.
