Hi, we're fancing a problem in download of the Analysis built in our system: if we download in Formatted Excel it takes several minutes while not formatted takes few seconds. The only adjustment at the layout are the colours of the headline: all the coloumn of the query are displaied in the table and no aggregation are realized.
Do you have any suggestion? The problem is also on the dashboards as we can't say to the users to download them not formatted as it's not an option available for that kind of object.
