RTF Hyerlink appended with local path

We are trying to add the additional fields at the level in the RTF template, existing hyerplink (which is at the header level)

getting appended with local path .

The hyperlink values executes from report bind variable

    Dears,

    Thank you for your valuable responses. However I am not looking for adding or modifying the existing hyperlink. My changes at the different places of the template whereas by default existing hyperlink getting corrupted or appended with some local path where I am not trying any modifications.
