No Option to Export to Excel after 26B

Question

We are encountering issues with our OTBI dashboards where there is no option to export to Excel. This seems to be a new issue after the latest update to 26B. I made a change to the report layout (moved one analysis into its own section), and now I cannot export the page. As you can see in my attached photos, the export settings are correct and haven't been changed, and all analyses are set up to be able to be exported.

We encountered this a second time with another dashboard, and recreating the dashboard page with the exact same configurations fixed it. It seems like anytime we edit a report layout, the export option goes away. This is very disruptive to us and our payees who need to be able to export to Excel. Any ideas on how to fix?

sounds like a good case for a SR.  Very odd, we are on 26B and I can't recreate the issue (even after modifying existing dashboard).

Hi, Rich. I am using Chrome - it is not working. I have tried clicking on Print first, no print options are showing up either. I did try an incognito browser, having other team members try to export, and waiting a day to see if it was a lag of some sort. None of these things worked. All of the analyses in the dashboard are loading successfully before we attempt to export.

What browser are you using, it is working in chrome.

However sometimes i notice i have to click on the word "Print" first, then click on Export to Excel.

Can also try using incognito mode in web browser to rule out something in browser cache.

Also make sure analysis in dashboard completes.
