Thank you for the question. The answer is probably 'it depends'.
If you are using OAC in a standalone way and EPM>PBCS is your only source, then OAC's Oracle EPM Cloud connector would likely be the best choice.
If OAC is being used as a part of FDI or if you have other data sources and especially other CSV data sources, then you could consider SFTP.

For FDI there is a new connector being developed and its a roadmap item. One other option if you run into performance issue with existing FDI connector is to create groovy export of EPM and load the data into FDI
