Usage statistics for document/report activities in Oracle Fusion

Is there a functionality within Oracle Fusion to monitor and display usage statistics regarding Report/Document activities that can be used by developers/administrators as well as regular users?
For example, users would like to see the number of times a document has been generated or created. With this information, we would be able to display documents usage statistics.
