How to fetch Purchase requisition assigned/reassigned Buyer details from tables?

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We have a requirement to fetch Purchase Requisition who are assigned/reassigned to Buyer from Process Requisition page.

We wanted to know if there are any tables wherein we can identify the reassign PR buyer reassignment details along with Reassign status and Reassignment timestamp.
