FDI - DFFs and EFFs should be available on FDI

Hi,

We are opening this idea because DFF and EFF attributes are not available, in particular the DFFs of Skill and Qualifications (Talent), Performance, and Part time (Additional personal information).

This is because this attributes could contain very important information, so that would be a good enhancement if these attributes were available on FDI.
