The field search for subject areas does not work.

We are trying to search by field name in the subject areas, but the application does not return results. Ex: We enter the word “Nombre” and the application does not find anything.

And if there are fields with the word "Nombre". Example:

Why doesn't this search work? what needs to be configured or synchronized? we use the application in Spanish language.

Hi Ria,

Go to the console option:

Then to “Search index”

Select your preferred language > click on save

Then click on Run Now.

Ensure that all processes are completed successfully.

If you are still experiencing issues, I suggest escalating the problem through an SR.

Hi @SERGIO BARRETO,

It seems there were some issue with column search but it has been fixed in 24 R3 version. Please see details in the following Oracle note.

If you are in 24 R3 or above and still facing issue, please raise with Oracle support for their expert opinion.

after the July 2025 OAC upgrade we have this issue too on a non FDI instance.
Our DEV environment doesn't have it.
Can somebody shed some light what needs to be done to have this working again
