Need guidance on how we can enable Account - scm/PlanningDataLoader/import for out BI Report output

We have developed a new BI Report; while trying to schedule the report, in the Output tab, we are not seeing the expected account - scm/PlanningDataLoader/import, once we select Security Group - FAFusionExportImport.

We need guidance on how we can enable it for out BI Report user.
