Workspace issue where child accounts are not reflected but is already in hierarchy of Parent

When trying to extract accounts on workspace which is under a certain account manager, the total number of accounts is 133 but when filtering on workspace it only returns 18 under the AM. On the hierarchy of the parent account, the total number of child accounts are 133. How can I solve this issue?
