Maintain log of data model (RPD) deployments

For audit purposes, when deploying an RPD via the OAC console, it would be helpful to have a log maintained showing who and when the last data model was deployed maybe as a separate tab on the Snapshots page. Userid, datamodel RPD filename, timestamp would be sufficient.
