AI Assistant is not working

Hello Team
I tried to use AI assistant in data set but its not working
I enabled "inspect" and the index search is enabled with AI as well. But when tried to run it, it keeps for running but did not show any result.
Is there anything need to set or configured?
Thanks
Dalia

Hi @User_CIN0Y
Have you been able to get the AI Assistant working for other datasets? Did you set the dataset to be indexed for the Assistant and have you run the indexing?

Hi Joel

and tried Assistant and home page ASK
It goes for long as below image and noting occurs
Also, insights, does not show anything.

Looks like you've gone through all the prerequisite steps so as a last resort, I'd suggest you do the following steps and check after each step if the assistant is accessible:
- log out and back again
- restart OAC
- raise a ticket with support

What connection is your dataset based of?
Can you share sample output of the dataset you are using to test?
Do you have subject areas as well - if yes can you enable indexing for subject area and see if this works?

does the 'Last run: ' to the right of the run now ever show a date/time ?
If not try to go into that dataset and make sure you have access to the data (I'm sure you already did that.. but had to ask)
Next thing I would try is to upload a super small test SSheet and index that just to test out if it is data vs index process issue. It can be just 10 rows…Let me know what you find

I meant this date. This means the index completed correctly.
The oracle Default AI model should be on given the screen shots you shared
You should be able to open/create a workbook on this dataset and hit the AI icon ( Lightbulb or Sparkle depending on your version )
This should bring you to the Assistant panel
Cheers
