We have a business requirement to delete records from HCM in certain situations such as if a hire never showed up to work. This has resulted in those records being orphaned in FDI.
Because HCM allows for deleting assignments and deleting work relationships, it would be very helpful to have a flag to identify those as records not in the source system (Fusion) so they can be easily excluded.
We prefer not to reset our functional areas to avoid having the snap shots changing more dramatically from what was previously reported.
