Currently we see once in a day (24 hours delay) for incremental load for HCM Analytics/subject areas.

mainly if 24 hours delay the users can't adopt, mainly for current open requisitions, etc.

Please let me know if any open for incremental load option for 4 hours? I see this option for finance subject areas but not for HCM. I tried to log oracle support but not proper details on this.

Meanwhile, one option is to leverage the Frequent Refresh Tables capability, where you can select additional tables related to certain functional areas (for example, Absence Management). For more details, See Schedule Frequent Refreshes of Warehouse Tables (Preview).
