Improve Dashboard Drop-down Navigation Usability

Currently, when users open the dashboard drop-down menu in Oracle Analytics, all previously opened dashboards remain expanded by default. This forces the bottom of the list off-screen, requiring users to either:
- Manually collapse each expanded section, or
- Use the slow, one-line-at-a-time scroll at the bottom of the menu.
This creates unnecessary friction for users who frequently navigate across multiple dashboards. While the “Favorites” option is available, it is not a practical substitute for users who work with a large number of dashboards on a daily basis.
Proposed Enhancement:
- Introduce a “Collapse All” button at the top of the drop-down menu, or
- Allow the menu to remain collapsed by default when reopened, or
- Provide smooth, continuous scrolling rather than the current one-line-at-a-time option.
Business Justification:
Implementing this feature would:
- Enhance navigation efficiency for power users,
- Reduce repetitive clicks and improve overall usability, and
- Align the dashboard experience with modern UI/UX standards.
