How to parameterize with detail report in column value

Hi Team,

Wanted to have drill down in "# Of Direct Report Count" column value with parameterization for respective rows. I have added one report in action link, but can anybody tell me how to parameterize that with respective row.

In the "Direct Reportees" analysis, add "Manager ID" as a prompted filter.
