Ability to Reload Files and Metadata for Report Writers / Data Modelers (without Admin access)

When changes are made in RPD, currently report writers have to manually log out and then back in to the application to see these changes.
To avoid this it would be best if we had one or more of the following enhancements:
- A button for Report Writers to Reload Files and Metadata while Editing a report
- Optionally, this could be enabled/disabled based on whether the current cached metadata is older than recent Deployed RPD changes
- A button for Data Modelers to Reload Files and Metadata after Deploying RPD changes. At minimum they could see the impact of their changes when testing, prior to notifying Report Writers of the changes, without needing to Log out and back in
