OAC Workbook Multi-language for headings and titles

Hi Team,
We have requirement to translate user defined headings of tables, titles of DV workbook created from dataset(No rpd modeling) based on parameter passed to it.
This parameter is passed from URL as this workbook is accessed from VBCS application. from VBCS application language(I-Italian, US-English,F-French) is passed and based on that need to translate entire workbook tables headings, Titles etc accordingly. Already checked with setting Language/Locale setup and Captions export/import options but unable to achieve required results.
Any other workaround/suggestions would be great.

The workaround or suggestion is to use rpd for datamodeling which offers multi language support: https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/bi/analytics-server/datamodel-oas/support-multilingual-data.html

Thank you for response. but our artifacts are already developed and it needs to be on DV.
