We have a requirement in FDI where users are looking to see worker contact details including Email addresses (work/Personal), phone numbers and addresses ( Work, home and mailing).
Having these details available will help us to address Legal and compliance requests quickly. This will also help us during emergency management, as our leadership use these dashboards using Self-Service to get these data from FDI.
Having Home address available in FDI will help us to find trends by different address attributes.
