Deleted Budget and Milestone data in Fusion Application still shows in Fusion Data Intelligence

Budget and Milestone data is being deleted in fusion however it still shows in our FDI instance. We would like these changes to be picked up with the incremental refreshes rather than having to reload the pipelines for the functional areas as this causes longer refresh times ect.
