URL export of "current state" of a DV workbook seems to randomly revert to original state

Checking to see if anyone else has experienced this behavior before opening a SR.
Users of a DV workbook will set their desired dashboard prompt values, then click Export > Current State > Copy Link to then send this "pre-filtered" workbook link to other users. However, these links seem to randomly stop populating the pre-filtered prompt values and revert back to the Original State of the DV workbook. Seems to happen more since the July 2025 update but I can't confirm that it wasn't an issue before that, it may just be a larger number of users taking advantage of this feature.
