Oracle BI server component not starting

To whom it may concern,

I'm using OBIEE 11g 11.1.1. All was working fine. Recently, a new I.P address was mapped to the current installation so that obiee can be accessed using any of the two IPs. After doing that, the oracle bi core application is not starting and I've encountered the following errors. Please let me know how can this be solved. Please note that clustered DNS was checked before making the aforementioned change. The screenshot of the current settings can be found below.

You've gotta be kidding. If you can't/won't put the work in to provide proper logs and think a quick *photograph* (not even screengrab) is a suitable way to communicate diagnostics data, then you're not going to get much help from here I'll wager.

Apologies for not providing the complete info before. Please note that i can't provide the log file since I don't have admin rights. I'm working for a client and a bit new to OBIEE. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Please find below a screenshot which shows 192.168.0.2 as the host I.P whereas OBIEE is installed on 192.168.9.87. This took place after adding the new I.P i.e 192.168.0.2.

If you don't have admin rights, how have you managed to "did all what's proposed by different people."?

Speak to your admin to get log files and provide proper diagnostics. Stop taking the p*ss by posting photos.

Again as others already replied providing photos of a screen of error logs is completely useless.

Second error: Error retrieving user/group data from oracle bi server's user population API.

Third error: ODBC driver returned an error.
