Hi, we are using OAS 7.0, OBIA794, EBS1221, Oracle19c db on Linux. We are trying to prevent our large user community from creating 'Home Page' alerts for their agents (in addition to attached report delivery in their email). The "Homepage" destination is a default setting within the user interface when creating a new agent. Is there a way to "un-check" the default for Destinations : User Destination (Home Page and Dashboard) by adding a tag in config file under <server> <Alert> or something like that, there is no option in Console > System Setting > Email Delivered by Agent. Any input is highly appreciated.
