OAC Instance creation via terraform ( With Identity domain)

Hello All,
We are using Identity Domain in our tenancy and trying to create OAC instance via terraform, but we couldn't create OAC as terraform expecting us to pass idcs_access_token as part of the parameter. its a mandatory parameter.

But as per OCI documentation, we dont need idcs token if tenancy is using "Identity Domain"

Could someone please guide us on how to create an OAC instance using Terraform with an identity domain?
