Hello everybody,

In our company, we have a daily report mail sent by publisher 11g. Each day, mail job run at 07.00 am, and 09.30 am (twice a day). However, two days ago, 09.30 am mail is not delivered to target although publisher job details are successful. I try to find the reason of this failure? If you experience such a failure, can you help me?

    Without knowing more it's hard to comment on this. Any chance it ran for a dynamic set of recipients and there were none which were fetched?

    There is no change at all. Actually, why I wonder this problem is only 2 days ago at 09.30 am mail is not sent even it is seen successful (green) on publisher job status, yesterday and today job still sends reports to target mail addresses successfully.

    If BIP is green you have to continue checking along the chain of execution. Did it die at the mail server for example?

    Hmm, ok then. Thank you.  Let me contact with network team To learn more details about the execution steps, can you advice any source? Since such settings are behind and mostly work successfully, we technical developers do not learn the concept deeply.

    It doesn’t seem to be an OBIEE problem I’m guessing from the information you’ve provided. To confirm this, speak with your Exchange Server team to find out if there was any downtime or any issues from the email server end.
