i uploaded an image(SVG) but pictostack visualization is not working.
i already read an README.txt and tried everything…

Hi @User_2T8NN, Here's the expected output image, along with the cleaned-up SVG image used to generate it.
Please let us know if you continue to experience any issues.
I saved the file locally and converted it to .svg (if it wasn't already). Please clean up the SVG following the steps in readme.txt, it should work fine after that.
Let me know if you still encounter any issues.

@Prasenjit-Oracle may i know how you clean up the image? i tried cleaning on the site mentioned in 'README.txt' file but it doesn't work at all…and the image has to be filled with color so i think i should try it! 😅 thanks !

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
