Run a Natural Language Query in Oracle Analytics Server 2025

Question

Hello All,

Can I actually run a Natural Language Query in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS 2025)?

It seems that there are a few steps in order to enable NLQ (unless im wrong).

First i created a new Application Role and assigned the permission 'Use Assistant in Workbooks'

After that i cannot seem to find a section to write an NLQ.

I need to mention that we use a Data Model which was migrated from OBIEE 11g and not a Data Model created through Semantic Modeler

If you mean the AI Assistant, it isn't available in OAS, only in OAC:
