Plugin org chart v2 doesn't print as expected

Hi all,

I am currently facing an issue with the org chart v2 plug-in for OAC.

When exporting and printing the orgchart with expanded nodes the result is still with the collapsed node on hierarchy level 1. The expanded nodes are

not shown in the export. See attached the view when clicking on "export" vs the view on the exported file. This effect shows up on every export level with any file type.

I woud've expect the export function to show me the nodes and leafes I have expanded to and not the collapsed version on level one.

Can you help me out with that?

At the moment, Org Chart v2 exports only the first level of the hierarchy. We’re aware of this limitation and already have it on our list to fix in a future update. Thanks for flagging it — we’ll keep you posted once it’s addressed.

There’s no confirmed timeline at the moment. The issue is already in our queue and will be addressed in a future update.
