How do I setup dependency on Scheduled Refresh FDI Loads?

Question

I have a requirement to load data from FDI Out of the Box Table into a new custom table.  I need to set dependency to check whether the FDI Table I am looking for is already refreshed, before I can trigger a load. (I know there is a workaround to leverage PVO's directly and populate custom table)

You might need to see what is the available in the table DW_WH_REFRESH_SUMMARY and see how to query the table to see when the last refresh was completed.
