Oracle Analytics Mobile (Android) – Application Performance is Very Slow

Dear All,

We are currently facing an issue with Oracle Analytics Mobile on Android. None of the dashboards or reports are loading successfully , the application keeps showing the loading screen indefinitely without rendering the content.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and are there recommended fixes or configuration changes to resolve it?

    Did it ever work or suddenly started behaving like this?

    Try loading a simple workbook/dashboard (small dataset, few visuals, no heavy visuals).

    Avoid complex canvas / unsupported embedded items (external visuals or iFrames), which may fail or hang in mobile context.

    It will help to further segregate the issue.
