Export OBI/OAS Reports to Cloud/Object Storage directly from OBI/OAS Dashboard, answers, BI publisher
Due to security concerns, we are exploring the option to enable the export of dashboard reports to only cloud/object storage locations like google drive or AWS S3 or Microsoft S3 or ability to control the download only to certain locations within the on-premises storage infrastructure instead of local machines.
1. I believe, there is no out of box functionality within OBI. but kindly need confirmation.
2. We would like to know if this can be achieved through some customization either at the dashboard level or dashboard page level or OAS Server level.
we are exploring this option because there is no Role-Export Privilege-Specific dashboard/page level restriction. there is only Role-Export Privilege restriction option which restricts across the OAS/OBI not just to specific dashboard or dashboard page for a user who is able to access two or more different business areas like Finance (should be able to export) and HR (should not be able to export)
