Limit number of rows to only download by User-Role

Hello,

due to recent security concerns, it would be awesome to have a feature to limit the number of rows a user-role can be downloaded while the same user-role can view all the dashboard within dashboards, answers, DV and BI Publisher.

the ask please:

1. A user-role Role1 is able to access a dashboard report or answers and can execute the answers or reports and view the complete data (user-role may have data/row level security enforced)
2. the same user-role role1 needs to have an privilege that restricts number of rows the user-role role1 can download when clicking on teh export option for all types of files like CSV, Tab de-limited, excel and PDF both at the Report level or dashboard level.
3. there can be different user-role role2 who should be able to download all the data
4. it should not impact all subject area but only selected subject area based reports and/or dashboard page level setting along side export options.
5. separate privilege may be required for BIP reports and DV's
