Read Only Access for the OAX Console in FDI

Hello Team,

Our company would like to suggest the creation of read-only access for the OAX Console/Admin Console in FDI. We would like to have some monitoring capabilities as users who are not service administrators in Production. Users who are more familiar with FDI are currently not able to check pipeline settings, refresh times or have the opportunity to utilize the new FDI AI concierge feature in production.

I think this is a common issue. FDI's Licensed Application Roles are quite broad in terms of capabilities, but a lot of organisations don't allow privileged access in the production environment due to company policy. There are a number of features that exist only within the Service Admin or Functional Admin privilege. It would be good to have some read only type roles that can access the menu screens but not actually make any changes.

@Rob Toogood that's exactly what we are looking for. Read only access to view certain things but not allow any changes.
