we have a publisher report which prints the shipping label.
From yesterday user compalined that the report is opening in XML format instead of PDF when viewed. Do you know what might be causing this ??
It doesnt help, could you give any more detail information about the code that you do to print the shipping label, about theĀ the OBIP version, database. And there is a specific space to BI Publisher question,
have the user switch the output format back to PDF ... run the report
