There appears to be a threshold of 52 visible Application Roles on a single Group. I know that there are additional Application Roles applied and they can be found by filtering by Duty Role or Data Role, but even those appear to have a limit on the amount of roles that are visible. This is troublesome because it makes it difficult to know exactly which roles are applied to the group.
