I changed the name of a subject area in the presentation layer. OBIEE creates an alias but it does not seem to work when editing the filter section when I select more column on the filter pane.
Anyone else run into this?
Perhaps you forgot to reload server metadata after renaming the SA?
It's a bad approach to be relying on aliases handling things for you. Properly replace the subject area references in the web catalog using catalog manager and XML search & replace.
