Some helpful reminders if any of these pertain to your issue:

- If you signed up for the challenge in the last 24 hours, it can take 24 hours to receive access to the instance. In that case, be on the lookout for an email from us.
- Make sure you have cleared your cache and you are signed up for the challenge with a business email and that you are using the same email to log in. If you used a personal email, you may have to re register.
- Make sure you are signing up for an oracle account when you open the instance so you can set up SSO and get logged in.
