In the current competitive business landscape, the ability to provide seamless reporting and visibility into key functionalities is crucial to maintaining operational excellence and elevating customer satisfaction. For a company that offers functionality to create and deploy agents for delivering analyses to end-users, the inability to systematically report on agent integrity, delivery metrics, and system utilization can lead to inefficiencies, compliance risks, and customer dissatisfaction.
Problem Statement
Oracle offers functionality that allows customers to create and configure agents to deliver analyses automatically. However, there is a current gap in the ability to report on these agents and their actions, which poses several operational and strategic challenges:
