Automated Workbook Creation
With the expansion of the Analytics Digital Assistant enabling users to converse with the homepage searcher to create reports and workbooks, coupled with the Agentic experience being introduced including RAG it has got me wondering if there is a way to use that capability to automatically create workbooks.
The idea is to use the document understanding capabilities in the AIDP to interpret a requirements document and automatically create workbooks from this. It may be that Oracle would need to provide a fixed pro-forma for this which could feed into individual organisations requirements documentation.
It would be even better if the same capability could be used to feed the AI Concierge to automate creation of semantic model extensions and data augmentations where these are also needed.
This would ensure requirements are captured in an appropriate way, interpreted correctly, save developers hours of development time trying to interpret requirements and present meaningful insights in the correct way. You would still require the developer interaction to review the outputs and possibly expand on what has been presented.
