Success Navigator : Starter Configuration
Hi,
We were initially informed that one of our non‑production environments needed to be allocated for Starter Configuration. After completing that step, we encountered an error during setup indicating that the environment is not empty. We’re now blocked, as there is no documented method to purge the environment and prepare it for Starter Configuration.
Has anyone successfully moved forward with Starter Configuration, and if so, how?
