We have Microsoft email id and tenancy id and client id and secret but the email is not trigger how i can configure the email trigger

First check to see if the steps to get the one-time Microsoft password are done correctly as documented here
If that doesn't help, please provide more information on where you are seeing the issue and which offering or product you are seeing it with.
